Pan-African Food Festival: Culinary Dinner Experience
Join us for a weekend of cultural celebration at the Pan-African Food Festival, highlighting the rich and diverse flavors of Africa and its diaspora. Latha Restaurant & Bar proudly presents a memorable culinary dinner experience curated by Executive Chef Digby Stridiron alongside guest Chef Osei Blackett, also known as Chef Picky from Trinidad.
Guests will indulge in a 4-course dinner, expertly paired with cocktails and wines, each inspired by the vibrant tastes and traditions of Africa and its diaspora.
Schedule:
Cocktail Hour: 6:00–7:00 PM
Dinner: 7:00–9:00 PM

Course 1: Scallop Aguachile, Dragon Fruit, Crème Fraîche.
Course 2: Crab and Callaloo Soup with Chadon Beni Croutons
Course 3: Trini-Style Oxtail, Marinated in green seasoning, braised, and finished with a brown stew sauce
Course 4: Guavaberry Red Grout, Coconut Anglaise, All the Berries.
